Will the camshaft from a 120hp mercruiser function in a 140hp block?

Hello again, in my continuing rebuild saga ive run into a problem with finding a new camshaft. The engine thats being built is a 140hp unit but for some reason all new camshaft stock has been sold and nobody knows when there will be more. I can find a cam for a 120hp pretty easily and they look the same. Does anyone know of any major differences ?

Nevermind i found the right camshaft. In case anyone else has this question melling posts the cam specs of each one. The 120 cam is similar but has less lift and slightly different timing and a smaller lobe separation angle.
