will this fit on my alpha 1

I have a 1990 alpha 1 out drive with a 1990 mercruiser 3.0 mounted to it. How can I tell if these trim cylinders will work on my setup. they look like the same thing - with the exception of the oval shaped things on the shaft, which I belive to be anodes. If your's have the 2 Different Hyd. lines like That 1,......<br /><br />Ayuh,...... Should Fit Just Fine...........

yeah I have two diffrent lines. One mounts at the bottom of the ram & the other at the top. Failed to know that my exsiting rams are the XD kind.

I have been through this one before.The right way to be sure they are exact is to ask the seller for the #s stamped on them and match them up to yours.There are 2 types that look almost identical.One starts with a 987 and the other is 14035 and 14034.

I'll tell you right now the seller doesn't even know what they go on. He says those are for a 92, which is a Gen II drive and those definitly are not Gen II cylinders.<br />They look like they should work for your's, But I would be very worried about what else the seller doesn't know about those cylinders.
