Will this lower unit fit?

I am in need of a lower unit for my mariner magnum III which is the merc xr6. This guy has one that he says is off of a 200. The specs he gave me were :
1993 200 HP XRI
SERIAL NUMBER 0D207353
MODEL # 1200413ND
I AM ALMOST POSITIVE IT IS 2.5 LITER
Will this one fit? And is it the small 4 1/4 gear case or large 4 3/4 case? Thanks in advance

Yes it can be used if needed...

And is it the small 4 1/4 gear case or large 4 3/4 case?

It is the larger case in 1:87 ratio as the small case is 1:78. The small cases only came on the Xr4/Xr6 and MagII and MagIII engines..
