There is an off road electric winch for 4 wheelin that can probably be used for that.

Yank it with a chain with the tongue jack down (dolly wheel foot), block the trailer tires, hook-up and go. Kinda dangerous!

Good question. I have been on ramps with ice. I was thinking sand, salt, blow torch. Tow chain hooked to one of the guys in line waiting for me to get out of the way. Do not go enough in that weather to get 4 wheel drive. My trailer is extra long so my truck does not get into slime.

I've Never seen a Trailer Jack that would Support the Stresses required to pull off That Feat......

I've got an Extended Neape on My trailer,+ I tow with a Ford Powerstroke F250 4X4.......No Problems.....

The Only Way I can see a Winch helping is to mount it on the Front,+ Pulling the Whole Rig out...........

If you need to go through all that nonsense and risk dumping the trailer and boat into the lake as well as hurting someone who happens be standing in the area you really need four-wheel drive. Unless you have to drive a long distance an older Chevy or Ford truck would be available cheap.

There have been a couple of dangerous situations
the last few years at (the ramp.) One early morning a guy snagged his tow line on the trailer as he unloaded, pulling his boat(and buddy) up the ramp. Also I watched as another guy tried to pull a 26 footer out with a little two wheel drive Nissan truck almost taking him into the lake! Bottom Line: Invest in a good used 4-wheel drive.
