Windshield Help

Broke the 'fly' window on my Rinker 20 footer. Have fabricated the new one and need to re-insert into the aluminium frame. Has anyone ever taken apart the windshield and put it back together? What did you learn? Help.

Use lots of lubrication like wd40 so you are not fighting it. It take patience and make sure the inside of the gasket is absolutely clean and clear of grit.

The one I bought used on eBay for my boat seemed to be fairly simple screwed together. I don't think you'll have any issues taking it apart.
