Windshield Wiper Motor

I have a 2000 Sea Ray 270 Sundancer. The starboard side windshield wiper motor needs to be replaced. Does anyone know how to get at it to replace it ?

Make sure there is a good ground before replacing the motor. I learned that lesson the hard way.
