Winterizing 94 Polaris 750slt

Flushed system per manual instructions. Started pouring in the anti-freeze. It said pour in about half a gallon. I barely poured any in and it just leaked right out. Is it supposed to do this. There was alot of white smoke while on the water flush but it seems like this is normal? Please help.

I dont know about your application, but when i winterize my boat i unscrew the drain caps and pour in some till it flows out the drain. this is to get out any water before filling it up. Then i cap it off and fill-er up.

This being said, if it says pour a half gallon in and there is no drain plug, they probably want you to pour that much to flush out any water hidden in low spots and such.
