I would assume it is similar to winterizing an RV.
I don't put any antifreeze in the water tank, but drain it as much as possible. I have a valve just before the pump under the sink that I switch, hook up a hose to and put the other end of the hose in the jug of antifreeze (pink stuff). Drain the hot water tank and turn the valves to bypass it. Then open each tap one at a time until I have run the pink stuff through. I leave the pink stuff in the holding tank over the winter.
I don't know what your water tank looks like, but the one in my trailer is designed with a "v" bottom so that a little bit of water left in it can't crack it. It just expands up the V. Last trailer I would put the antifreeze in the tank but it took forever the next year to get rid of the taste.
