I have a Johnson 150 hp 2 stroker. This is my first outboard. I live in middle Tn so our winters aren't very severe. What all should I do before I put her to bed for the winter.

Severity of the winter doesn't really matter, it's the sitting and not running that you are really treating for, with the exception of the lower unit oil. Treat your fuel and run it for a while so you get treated fuel through your carbs. If you're using Ethanol than use Star Tron or something else specifically designed to treat the Ethanol fuel, double treat it for storage.

Fog it if you want, but it probably won't matter if it's only sitting for 3 or 4 months, can't hurt though. Change your lower unit oil and use new nylon washers on the fill and drain plug, spray the powerhead down with a coating of 656 and you're done. The hardest part is waiting to use it again.

Makes sense to lubricate all external moving parts at the same time including all the greasing points.
Owners manual should indicate where to grease and where to oil.
In fact carry out all service routine service items as specified in the manual.
The manual should also have a section on "Off Season storage"

I'd drain and discard all fuel. Esp if an ethanol blend. Start with fresh next year.

While not is use is the time to consider renewing the water pump impeller if not done recently.
