wire diagram for 1998 evinrude 130hp

I'm looking for a diagram,for the ignition "key switch" I bought a boat and it had a another ignition put in. and when i fired it up ...but i turned the key off and it won't shut off. So i seen the back ignition switch it had one wire off ,so i plugged it in and then it shut off. But tried to start it and no good, unplugged it and then it started. I think something crossed.

They had wiring diagrams in the old forum set up, but with this new one they have them blocked............ Sorry!!.

You probably have the two black wires on the wrong posts. The black with yellow stripe goes on the RAISED post labeled "M".

~~There is another view of the switch at the site mentioned that may be more like yours, with the pins. The markings on the actual switch are very small, but they are there. You might have to use a magnifier
