Punxy Phil called for 6 more weeks of mild winter. That stinks! Too warm for snow, but too cold and damp for anything fun outside. Good thing about Punxy Phil is he came out of his tree stump with a terrible towel over his shoulders!<br /><br />Punxy Phil is big news in these parts - local stations interrupted the network stuff to do a live broadcast at 7:20 this morning.<br /><br />Oh, and Punxy Phil's handler is retiring after this year. There will be a new handler next year. Hope he takes good care of Phil.
