I have a 1984 7.5 Mercury with a serial # of 6546130 which has been running on 1 cylinder. When I went to test the coils I noticed the 2 white striped wires; 1- blue/white and the other green/white were attached at the 2 separate coils in different positions. The blue/white wire was fastened on the top terminal of coil cylinder 2 and the green/white on the coil to cylinder 1 was attached to the bottom terminal. Is this correct?
