Wiring Harness for 2013 Yamaha F70

My boat is an open 20 foot sea runner and it is in having a Yamaha F70 put on it - When I was talking to the tech yesterday about having a fuse panel so that I could fit my fish finder and GPS he said there are four spare cables on the Yamaha F70. My question is are they to add a fuse pane.

Do not connect any accessories to the Yamaha wiring harness. You must run a separate power cable from the battery separate from the engine harness.
