wiring harness

I have a 2003 90 hp johnson that has a wiring harness not hooked up. The engine is not firing and I am hoping this is the problem I do not know where it goes. it is going to the powerpack that I can tell. I cant find any other connecetor for it, its a black and yellow wire. Any Odeals???

Are you talking about the wiring harness on the motor or in the boat ??

Black/yellow wire is the ign killer wire. It should run from the powerpack to the ign key, and safety lanyard, if you have one.
