Wiring issue on a alumacraft 175 trophy

I have intermittent control panel power. Sometimes the switch board with the controls to the bilge , lights etc work some times they dont. Any ideas?

Of course this is a very common electrical problem. And as usual the best way to fix this is to start at the battery and clean both terminals to shiny metal and move to the next terminal. Because I'll bet it is corroded terminals. They may look good, but corrosion occurs in between the terminals and what it is attached to so many times... So it is time to clean terminals to shiny metal and reattach. Your problem will be found doing that... JMHO!

When everything at the helm goes dead or intermittent, it is generally the main power feed or its ground between the battery and the helm. As mentioned, check the battery connections, but don't overlook the power and ground on those two wires at the helm end of the circuit. If only one or two things are not working, then it is those circuits that are the problem.
