Wiring

On our 50 year old sailboat the wiring is messed up. Electrical items are not working and wires not hooked up to anything. Is there a book that shows wiring diagrams, how wires should be hooked up, and how to fix the problems?

There is just the standard 12V system. Main feed to +/- buss bars then feed fuse panels and such



Now if you also will have shore power that's another issue and we would need more of what your planning is

Get a copy of "The 12 Volt Bible for Boats" written by Brotherton and Sherman.

It's a great resource for any DYI boater.
