Witerize, Easy way out?

So, I did not fog the motor last year and didn't take the boat out this year. I won't be able to take the boat too the water to fog it,.This year. What else can I do? Can I just fog it by spraying it and turning it over, not being in the water? I have a 1963 Sea King 40 hp

Spray in the plug holes and turn it over ,spray in the carb and turn it over.
We'll assume you did the gear lube when you put it away.
