wobble rollers

I have these rollers that keep falling off, they are held on with 2 washers and a cotter pin.
Is it normal that the entire middle gets chewed up?

Well sorta. That is after years of neglect.
Should be a bushing in side it. Once the bushing deteriorates it starts to ride on the rubber, then gets chewed up like ours.
Once the bushing is gone,,, it don't roll so good with weight on it. It's a rubber to aluminum thing. Grips the tar out of the axle and doesn't want to move..

I just ordered all new rollers, clips, washers, some U-bolts, etc. for a long overdue rebuild. Gonna be a couple long days and skinned knuckles coming my way.

I will be replacing mine soon. Found a pretty decent deal here:

Kept finding the rollers but no bushings and clips with the rollers.
