Wobbler Wheels

I was given this Load Rite system off of another trailer. The only easy way to get it installed with out some welding was to do it like I did on some cross members. It is sitting 4 to 6" inches higher off of the frame now. Does any one think this is going to make the center of gravity too high? Another rookie question... I know there called Wobbler Wheels but is there supposed to be a lot of play in the wheel itself? Is there a possibility that the bearings or sleeves worn out of them? The bunk system that was on it was shot so I had to do something. Since these were free I thought I would try these out rather than build a new bunk system.

1st picture doesn't look too bad. 2nd picture not so good. The axle shaft on the left front bottom is upside down. Those axle shafts are 2 pieces and can be made wider or narrower. I think you need to narrow them so that the rollers are flat against the hull. You should also be able to move the pivot shaft rearward on the mounts. If you can slide the mounts outboard more that will also lower the bow.

Wow! Not only did I not catch that when installing but didn't when I took the pic, or while I was cropping the pic. Now that I look at it, having it that way does allow it to sit a little lower without hitting anything. Could this be done on the other front ones or is this structurally not a good idea for wobbler wheel axles?
I see what you are saying about narrowing the axle shafts. I will set those up to fit in between all of the ribs on the hull. There are a lot of them under there so it will be a bit of a challenge to get them all lined up. I am not seeing the adjustment on the pivot shaft you mentioned. Posted this pic. maybe I don't understand what you mean by pivot shaft.
Thanks for your help on this,
Jason

Some have a set of 3 holes in them to allow more adjustment. Yours do not from the last picture.
I suppose you could turn the opposite one the same way as long as it's not going to hit the hull while loading or unloading.
I would start at the front to start setting the roller position as to where they need to be. While fully loaded you will want to keep the rollers off the strakes.

Thanks! The back ones look like they are positioned about as good as I could get em. I have to take it back to my shop in a couple of weeks to install the engine so I will adjust the fronts at that time.
