I recently had a gas leak in my fuel line at the hose connectors so i replaced the tank connections. Heres the problem i used the bulb to get fuel in my engine and my engine starts great and stays on idle but it wont accelerate when I push the trottle. My trottle worked before i fixed the fuel line. Did i mess something up. And is there such a thing as getting air in the line from replacing the fuel hose fittings? P.s. Im new at this

a wild guess here. Is the bulb arrow pointing toward the motor? Rick.

If it's pulling air instead of fuel due to bad fitting connections then you may find it will not accelerate like it should. Other thing as said above is making certain the arrow is in the direction of the motor and performs better when it is vertical.
