You need three things to fire up most any engine, Fuel, Air, and Spark. You haven't proven any of those three things yet...
All you have done thus far is jumper-ed the starter solenoid to spin the starter. However, unless you had the key turned to the "run" position, you probably were shorting out the ignition while spinning the starter. JMHO
Got sparks, always testing with key in run position, new sparks, but waiting on portable fuel tank. Looks like fuel filter last date changed was back in 2014
