won't start

I have a '95 merc 115 that will not start. The bulb does get hard and I have not noticed any leaks as I pump the bulb. I can see the fuel filling the filter and there is gas that is inside and eventually leaks out to the ground. <br /><br />This all started after a rough ride across the lake and ideling for about 5 minutes before turning it off to fish. <br /><br />Could this be the carb or something electrical?

Howdy, KDavis.<br /><br />Welcome to iboats. <br /><br />Go to the Engine FAQs and do the troubleshooting steps in the "Outboard wont start" article.<br /><br />That may not solve your problem, but it will provide enough info so our Mercsperts gan get you running.<br /><br />Good luck.
