Woodonglass, HELP ASAP!

I am limited to the time I have, because my folks came over for dinner and they live so far for just an everyday visit. Everything is disconnected BUT there is a section of the boat that sits ontop of the transom at the corner and we cants get it apart. Looks to be some kinda glue. I have hammered it best I can and still cant get it apart.

ADVICE! Please!

Sawzall and a flexible blade or a 4 1/2" grinder if you can get to it with it.
