WOT and lower unit lube

Couple of questions: Will I have to purchase an owners manual to find out the reccomended WOT for my '90 Evinrude 25hp tiller model?<br />When I refill my lower unit I sqeeze the oil bottle and as oil comes out the top hole I keep squeezing and put in the top plug, then I quickly put in the bottom plug. I am worried I didnt get enough oil in due to maybe an air bubble? It seems to take about 10 oz of oil and I believe the capacity is 11.

WOT should be 5800 RPM's with a light load on the boat. Lower unit fluid is correct. That's how you do it. No need to worry about air, as it's forced out by filling it from the bottom hole..
