WOT RPM Mercury outboard 1967 65HP

Does anyone know the recommended RPM for this old motor? I have just insalled it on my pontoon boat with a 13 pitch prop. It was on a 15 foot glastron sport with a 19 inch pitch prop.

I don't have the 67 specs 65 is rated at 5,200,69 is 4,800-5,300.
