Wow, have I been gone a long time

Just checked back in and like the new look. took me a while to find my way around again but I do like it. Hope I'm not sticking my foot in my mouth but I hope the old guard is still with us, JB, gonefishie and everyone else I probably have forgotten. I know a few have passed but it was nice to see some of the names in the Johnson/Evinrude repair section.

Good to have you back Fireman. We are all getting used to the new look. Things change and so must we, I guess. We lost Tashasdaddy in January and he is missed greatly. A few others are ailing but on the recovery list. The rest of old guard are still here.

I hate to hear things like that but they are going to happen to all of us. Bob, good to see your name again along with tyme2fish, aspeck, and others. Not a big fan of the freshwater fishing forum where you have to pick what you want instead of being able to read all the threads.

Good to see you're still around JB, you too aspeck. About the freshwater fishing forum: I would like it to be like the repair forum where all the threads are there in order. I enjoy reading about all fishing not just a certain species. Maybe I'm doing something wrong ( I am getting a lot older) or just don't know how it works.

Welcome back fireman. I've been gone for awhile too. Got a new job last year that took a lot of time and attention and haven't been able to surf the web nearly as much.

I'm really sorry to hear about TD, that was a shock to hear of his passing. He helped me out a lot. I remember posting a question while I was working on my motor, not really expecting a reply quick enough to help me out, but TD replied back within minutes. He gave a lot of himself to this forum.
