When I joined I boats I thought it was a great resource on boating related issues and items. The I boats shop does continue to have useful items for sale. When a guy needed a referal or a specific part not sold through I boats he was helped in any which way possible. I m back now and the last few posts were all cr(* sorry. A beef between JB and TMD over an abscure issue. Censourship over various not politically correct items I believe the the purpose of this board is to help, discuss, and offer solutions to the various boating related topics, am I right. If the help required is an obscure part for an older boat or engine, and if I boats doesnt offer it , what is wrong with us helping eachother. If I boats wants additional revenue streams why not offer a swap shop. I think that from a marketing perspective if the buzz from people is "ya go to I boats there is always some one there to help" isnt that better then the current issue. JB I have nothing but admiration and respect for you, and when you come to Canada next I would love to have ya in my boat, so please dont misconstrue what Im saying. I wish that I boats would rethink this issue, and offer a stonger solution, rather then the mods getting slammed all the time Dont slam me guys because I also believe that someone aggresivly solicitating their biz here is wrong but if I had a part and someone needed it why not sell it to him. If I boats has that part well then I respect thier biz model and wouldnt do it.
