Do not know of a factory replacement.-----I believe the machining was done after bushing was installed.----A good shop can fix it.-----Or go with 1961 or newer rods and pistons.
Those motors were rough on wrist pins. Both the connecting rod bushing and the piston pin bores wear--especially the pistons. They were redesigned in 1961 and got good service. To update them to the new style, you have to replace rod, piston, wrist pin, wrist pin bearing, and circlips.
