stainless prop manu. reccomendations from local marina 3 years ago.
thats all i truely know.

now. when i get up on a plane my tail looks good but while looking back on the boat from drivers position i see a heavy spray more then a mist of water coming up right behind the boat. i attached a cheesy quick picture to maybe give you an idea. the boat doesnt feel like its affected at all by this just never seen it befor my boat. and being out on several freinds boats made me wonder a bit.

Re: wrong prop / wrong hieght?

I get a lot of heavy 'mist' up near the boat after switching to a four blade heavily cupped prop. The boat gained a lot of bite and my engine rpms are good so I never paid it much mind. So long as the prop doesn't lose it's bite and the motor is still pumping water, I wouldn't be too concerned.
Your motor should be about 1 to 1.5" above the bottom of the boat, this is measured at the anti-cavitation plate.
