I have a 94 crownline with 3.0 mercruiser and its leaking exhaust from between the head and block and it burnt the manifold gasket. Replaced manifold gasket thinking its that nope it burnt the new manifold gasket. Any ideas thanks

Not sure where you are describing. Do you mean between the head and the manifold?

If you are blowing head gaskets, then you either did not torque the bolts down correctly, or you perhaps have a warped head and / or block. You will need to check the head and block for "flatness" and go from there.

Safe? How far? That's a tough one to answer without knowing what is blown and why.

Is it safe to drive that way

Ayuh,.... My guess is, the head, or block is eroded from the combustion gases passin' through where it ain't supposed too,....

Continin' to run it, will only cause further damages,....
