1990 evinrude xp150, have cleaned carbs.and<br /> decarb.(taken carbs. apart and cleaned in <br /> side)motor starts, but have to push chock<br /> alot because it spits & stops. when it idles<br /> for awhile it runs at WOT, it runs good <br /> when slow to idle. The rpms at high about<br /> 1100 to 1200, should be about 800 to 900?<br /> could this be time?<br /> <br /> thank hardtime
