Xri 200 no power

1994 xri 200 when coming out of no wake zone hit throttle and it goes to take off then just boggs down. I can put motor in neutral and Rev it up a couple of times and then you can hear Rev clear up put it in forward and takes right off and goes on plane. I have installed both fuel pumps plugs retifiers any help is appreciated.

Check your TPS reading and pull and send injectors off to Brucato and have flow tested,balanced and cleaned.

I think I have located tps it has 3 wires blue orange and black I believe could u tell me how to test and adjust
