i have an 05 or 06 Yahama 90 that idles rough and runs rough. After running for a while with a hose on it, it seemed to smooth out. I tried it at the lake Tuesday, and it started and ran fairly smooth. But when I tried putting it in gear and backing out, it seemed to bog down and cut off. Two nice ladies in a bass boat gave nme a push back to the dock. It hasn't been run in over a year(cost of fuel and lake so low, the only boats that could be put in were car top jon boats) I drained all the fuel from the tank, and ran the gas out of the carbs, after the last time I used it. I put new gas in it before trying it this year and added some carb cleaner. Any suggestions, the last time I had it at a shop, they charged over 600 to work on the carbs.
