Hi all fellow iboaters!

Just got back from my summer vacation. My boat (1994 1750 Caravelle BR) ran great (afterall, it got a nice new engine) - not a single major problem. Just a small one
The boat "smoked" quite a lot - there are black stains all around the hull. I think it's the carb, but i don't know exactly at what to look. The carb was rebuilt before the season. What do you experts think? Is the level too high? Needles? Jets? Idle screws? I noticed that when there was high load on the engine (like skiing) the smoke was more intense than when running normal. Any suggestions?

Thanx in advance!

Alex
