--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
just changed the impeller on a yam 4 1999 model and noticed the gear box oil seemed to have emulsified so had the gearbox pressure tested which showed a leak from the gater round the forward reverse selector rod to be leaking this was changed the gearbox filled with new oil and reassembled with the upper leg
on testing in a barrel of water there seemed to be a lot of oil on the water on checking the gearbox oil it had gone creamy again
any suggestions?
cheers Wayne

Save yourself the time and aggrevation, you should just replace all the seals. Once you replace one seal, the second worst seal will starting leaking.
