Yam 60 missing at WOT

Hi<br /><br />I have a 1989 60hp Yamaha that has just started to die & pick up continuosly at WOT. If I bring the RPM down 500RPM it runs like a dream? Powering up is erratic, sometimes bogging. I have cleaned fuel lines, filters, Carbs & Plugs. Any suggestions?

nope<br /> just the basics<br /> but now you must use a testwheel or a dyno and carefully test the engine at the rpm its missing at. did you replace the fuel pump as well as go through the carbs? you do describe a fuel problem.<br /> good luck and keep posting
