Yam Power Tilt Failure

Hi i need Help, I have a 85hp AET Yam pre oil injection, The power trim / tilt has stopped working the pump is making the right sound's as far as i can tell and the oil is full and not leaking but the push rods won't push up the Engine, Is there any one out there that can help, Leo.

First check that the release valve has not backed out.

You acess it through the hole in the starboard clamp bracket.
