yamah 1992 9.9 hp leaking oil from the right side of engine

my 1992 yamaha 9.9hp is leaking oil on the right side of the engine at the bottom, If you look at the right side down at the bottom ( under the carbrerator ) there is a bolt to the right of the dipstick , i can see the oil bubble up from that bolt , i am not sure if i should try to tighten the bolt or if it's a indication of something else wrong , Any idea's on how to proceed with this leak , any help will greatly be appreciated

Since it has a dip stick I gather it is a 4 stroke

Can anyone please help me with this leak ? , I posted a picture of the bolt that it's leaking from , just not sure what to do about it , any advise would be appreciated
