My 2000 F115TXRY is idleing and running irregularly. I pulled the plug on each injector. When I pull 1,2,4 the rpm's slow down, and it runs worse. When I pull 3, the rpm's pisk up, and it runs smoother. I pulled the plugs--plug 3 is darker than the the others.
Is this an indication of a leaking or sticking injector (#3)?
I pulled the injectors. everything "looks" perfect. I've never seen any traces of water or sediment in any of the filters or in my water separator.
I'm planning on sending the injectors out for testing and cleaning.
