2001 Prokat, 115 HP Yamaha 4 strokes, counter rotating, swinging 13.25 x 17" ss props. Boat new to me, low hours 325. Just did 200 hr service. Boat runs great uo to 4800 rpm port and 5200 rpm stbd. Cannot find an issue to have low rpm's at full throttle. Last 1" of throttle push does not do anything to WOT rpm. All filters are brand new. Is there possibly a cable adjustment issue? On the trailer with engines off, out of gear I can put the throttle to WOT and then sneek my hand behind the intake tubes and push the butterfly control @ another 1/4", could this be causing my problem?
