i have a 2001 yamaha 150 which i backed onto my lift w/ the engine fully tilted up so i could clean the bottom and after doing so, when i tried to lower the engine; it won't lower. the motor sounds as though it is working fine but the engine stays in the up position even w/ me pushing down on it when using the tilt button on the side of the engine. any suggestions???
