Yamaha 1980's? can't find serail

I have a yamaha 200hp outboard and the only numbers I can find are 4D-8957 on the mounting bracket and 400473 on the freeze plug. I'm trying to find out the year so I can get the service manual.

then tell us where the motor is, what country it may have been sold new in.
then post some good pics of the powerhead from stbd,aft and port.

I haven't found the serial on my 90 HP 1989 Yamaha either.
It's a European model so I guess it could be different.
Is there a printed label on these that can fall off?
My insurance company wants a serial but I don't see one.
