Yamaha 1986 outboard 200hp 2 Strokes,

I bought a boat with Yamaha 200 with controller inside the boat.
When I bought it the owner start the motor, when I tried the motor started and turned off.
The questions are , how to start it and I notice that from the propeller housing I saw some water came out, I do not know if is it OK or something has to be fix.

How to start the motor with the electric start?
Is it reasonable that some watwer came out when the motor run from the propeller housing, not from the sheft?

Make sure the remote control is in the neutral position. There is a kill switch usually right under the key. make sure the lanyard is attached. Turn key one position push the key in to activate choke then turn the key to the start position and VROOM. if not repeat.

Some water comes out of the holes but once warmed up a properly running engine dumps most of the exhaust out of the prop housing. Tell tale should be peeing.

Thank you it works. from the exhaust I saw water come out, is it normal?
