Hello,I have Yamaha 2.5hp four stroke that is only couple of ys old.Engine has NOT been used vey much,only to tender ashore.Dirty fuel from tank contaminated carb,which has been cleaned four times.Engine will not rev up properly and seems to be over-fuelling.Can anyoune tell me if there is any special adjustment or set procedure to get engine running correctly.Thank you very much!!!
