yamaha 2002 70hp

motor was running rough cleaned out carbs. found a little water looked at plugs top two burning clean but bottom plug still wet. new plug in same result . not burning as good as top two. what should compression be for motor approx.

clean the gas if u got water

found water in tank ,run better . put fuel dockor in ,changed fuel fillter put new one on , maybe timeing.

yamaha make good piono's what about outboards. what about e- tecs.
