I bought 2Stroke 40HP 2004 Yamaha engine last month. It was working like a charm for a couple of days.
Yesterday, after only 5 minutes of run, the engine cut the RPMs. It was running well, but at slow speed.
My engine has 3 LED on the front which were all off, no alarm buzzer beep....
1. How can I test the LEDs and buzzer ? So I can be sure that's all ok.
Where is this buzzer ?
2. What can cause the RPM regulation (Temperature sensor , Oil sensor, dead LED or buzzer ? ) other things to check ?
