Yamaha 2007 VX110 Sport

I own two 2007 Yamaha VX110 Sport wave runners and the covers of them are starting to get a bit dirty. Wether it was little stains from something to bird poop. How do you clean them without taking the water repellent stuff off?

i very light soap and warm water
u could always add water protectant stuff back on
