Port engine will trim/tilt up normally but will not go down. Throttle switch, binnacle switch and engine switch work in up position but only click in the down position. Engine currently stuck half way up. Warranty thru 2014 but my mech is in the hospital and I was wondering if there was something that I could check/fix meanwhile.
