What is the voltage on the 1991 200hp yamahas in idle speed.

hello<br /> at the solinoid something about 13-13.54 volts. not many amps at all though. not designed to charge much at idle. what kind of gauge are you checking it with and where are the tests performed ?

Thanks rodbolt.<br />I checked the voltage in the selenoid and in the same battery cables and I haved between 14.5 and 14.8 on both engines .

even if is in idle speed? That voltage is in idle, what about high speeds or crusing speed?, what is suppose to be the voltage?<br /><br />Thankas again
