I have a fairly fresh 220 (<80hrs) Yamaha Special hanging on a Hydrostream. No matter what prop I run or what the load is, it will not spin over 5,000 RPM's. I thought is was fuel delivery related so I replaced the fuel pump (electric), all the fuel lines, water/fuel separater and removed the quick connect. Same problem. Is it possible it is the Throttle Position Sensor or the knowck sensor? How do I test/adjust those?
